Set within an acre and a half of well-tended grounds, this split-level home has been cleverly designed to ensure that all the main rooms enjoy the breath-taking views. The large sitting room has a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, as well as a warming modern electric fire, large wall mounted television and a sound bar, so switch on the fire, turn on the sound, and enjoy the acoustics in this fabulous space.
The master bedroom has a super-king size bed which can split to make twin singles beds on request and boasts a dressing room along with, the crowning glory, access to its own raised decking and garden area. There are four further bedrooms, three of which are en-suite and, with the family bathroom along the corridor, there are plenty of facilities for everyone.

The extensive grounds, gardens and raised deck are perfect for an alfresco meal whilst watching the sun go down over the Atlantic Ocean, sparkling in the distance.
